INSPECTION OF YOUR ASPHALT SURFACE
The first step in the paving process is to have your parking lot inspected by one of our experienced estimators. The estimator will take measurements and detailed notes concerning layout, traffic volume, vehicle weights, drainage, the depth of the stone base, and other factors important in the design of your parking lot.

The estimator will then consult with our engineering department to develop a detailed proposal. The proposal will detail the stone required for the project as well as the thickness of the asphalt required for your project.

PREPARING THE ASPHALT SURFACE
Prior to any work beginning on site, the project will be laid out per the agreed upon design. The proper drainage of the project will be established and then the grading of the project will begin. A tandem axle grader and an 8-ton vibratory drum compaction roller are used to assure that all drainage and compaction requirements are met.

PAVING THE ASPHALT SURFACE
The asphalt will be installed with a state of the art, self-propelled paving machine. The proper mix design and asphalt thickness will all be determined prior to the installation of the asphalt. Traffic and pedestrian control will handled in a safe and professional manner.
